I'm laughing at the people who might think that this game is relaxing. Just try to 100% this game.

Finally I got sub 2 mins. This game was fun to try to speedrun specially that it is short. I don't have the reflexes nor idea for route to get sub 1:40 , so I guess I'm currently done for the moment.

Here is a list of things which I liked in normal playthrough:
1- The ability to jump on hazard with a good timing.
2- The ability of chaining jump to create a very long horizontal and high speed jump.
3- The ability of wall slide. (It really decrease stress of situations which could have been worse)
4- The level design which introduces mechanics gradually and forces one to learn the mechanics.
5- The checkpoint before jumping between hazards XD.
6- The ball motion and weight in general fells right for me.
7- The total end game time.

Here is a list of thing which would be cool to have for the speedrun in the game:
1- The ability to reset the run instead of refresh the page for a reset.
2- An in-game timer.
3- A split timer for each checkpoint.
4- I'm not sure if the timer begin as the game starts or after the first input but If the timer starts to work after the first input that would be cool.

I got used to the controls of this game but I also tested the controls on other keyboard and it doesn't work as other reviews said. (diagonal launch)

This is just a list of things that killed some runs
1- sliding on the wall. I was able to dodge this situations but I'm not sure if there is a good recovery method.
2- Death a lot of them on some certain screens specially when i try to optimize.
There are other things which really causes time losses.

This was fun to play. If there is a video for a speedrun of this game , It would be cool.

Have fun everyone.

Well done!

Thanks for all of your feedback :)!

I reached above 6000 meters but I can't get Distance 3 achievement and when I reached 3000 meters I got Distance 2 achievement instead ?! Anyway cool runner with fisheye slider. The patterns gets repetitive after a short while. Cool peace.

After looking through the code multiple times, I came to the conclusion the achievement bugs aren't from the code itself, but likely because the achievements API I'm using isn't the most up to date. I may or may not get around to it, this game isn't at the top of my priority list right now. If you try again, it'll probably unlock.

Glad you found it fun, even so!

The animation gives hype and the controls are responsive. The music is catchy. The bubble gun is probably one of the most broken ability in platform games. One can get infinite height using the bubbles. They removes a lot of possible challenges. If collecting the carrots wasn't obligatory , some levels can be beaten without touching the ground again. In general having this mechanics in the game is probably a better addition. It is fun game but It also gets pretty stale fast as the concepts added to the game in later levels isn't really exciting nor create hard challenges using them. Good game in general.

I'm not sure how this game fits the Ludum Dare 45 theme but it is cool short platformer. Nothing is challenging nor novel in the game but the controls are good enough to make one willing to put few mins playing it and the music is fine. I kinda like how pacifist run challenge forced me to actually notice the enemy movement pattern because they are kinda annoying XD. The enemy AI felt suicidal sometimes. I try to jump over the mouse but mouse just moves in the direction of the jump to be killed later.

This game is funny. It feels like poking fun of games which has pretty basic achievements and unlockable. The cosmetics are cute and the animation/ art design are great specially for Ludum Dare. It is pretty short game. The creator estimate of average playtime is probably pretty accurate. As general experience it is great and great job in the game jam but as a game play there is nothing to write home about. In general , there is nothing to lose in trying this game.
Btw, It is great that there is checkpoints even for a short game and anti-softlock rooms.

100% the game in 403 death. It is a good game for what it is but It could have some fine tuning to be more accessible as a puzzle platformer for people with bad timing rather than rage game. Like :
1- Putting a gauge or a music beat which indicates when a dot is going to be spawned. People will have a better sense of timing this way or learn to have a better sense of timing . (Yeah turning the game into rhythm one)
2- Calming BGM rather than stressful one (It might be a subjective taste in music). I know that this might sound counter intuitive but music can motivate people to continue the game by decreasing stress level.
3-Removing the guess work on where the coin will spawn after picking up the key. (First death on screen might be unfair sometimes.)

There is a strange difficulty curve in the game. Collecting the coins in some of beginning level are sometimes harder than the later level because there is a lack in backtracking in some of the last levels but I think they might be a reason!
There is a potential for more platforming/routing challenge but I'm not sure if I would like them added XD.

Btw I like that the dots don't start spawning before the player moves.
